The Story : Paappy Appacha movie moves around a wealthy father and son, who were shrewd and notorious. They owned schools, bar, hospital and many other institutions. Annie (Kavya Madhavan) who was appointed in their school as a teacher. She is daughter of Varghese master who is engaged in social activities. She raised her voice against the wrong deeds of Paappy (Dileep) and Appachan (Incent).
The Pappy Appacha directed by Mamas Chandran who is a debutant director. Dileep and Kavya Madhavan of Pappy Appacha in the lead, Aiming at a Vishu 2010 release, papi appacha is a action/comedy movie produced by Dileep’s brother Anoop under the banner of Grand Productions.
The movie will feature Dileep and Innocent as the son-father duo.
Also, Kavya Madhavan is to stage a grand comeback with Pappy Appacha..
Sanjeev Sankar is behind the camera of Pappy Appacha and is responsible for canning the frames on celluloid.The story and screen of movie name has been conceived by . Editing is by for the right cut at the right time. The lyrics written by have been set to tune by Vidyasagar .
Dileep will start shooting for his new project ‘Pappy Appacha’ by December. The actor will complete his movies like ‘Bodyguard’ and ‘Swanthan Lekhakan’ before this movie. The debutant director of the movie, Mammas who is also writing the scripts, will give the final touches to the humour filled story about the lives of a father and son who gradually climbed the ladders of riches, from their scavenger jobs. Produced under the banner of Priyanjali by the Dileep’s brother Anoop, the movie will feature Dileep and Innocent in their expected roles and images.
Meanwhile Dileep is continuing with his shoots for ‘Swantham Lekhakan’, which will present cinematographer P Sukumar as the director. The movie which will be the comeback movie of Gopika, will get complete by the third week of this month.
Pappy Appacha” the Malayalam film is all set to begin from December 6th. The lead actor of the film is Dileep. According to sources, the Vidyasagar the composer is already done with the recording of five songs for the movie. This film is supposed to be a comedy film and will be directed by debutant Mamas Chandran.
The lead actor Dileep is also to be seen in another film made by Kavithalaya, which happens to be a famous banner down south.

In Paappi Appacha, Innocent plays Mathai, while Dileep is his son Paappi. Hailing from Ithirikkandam, a small village somewhere in Kerala, the father-son duo believe that they are the rulers of the village. Sad for them, that there are not many others who think so.
Paappi meanwhile has his eyes and heart fixed on Annie (Kavya Madhavan) who is a school teacher. Annie on the other hand cant even stand the sight of the pompous father and son.
To set things worse, there is also Shashankan Muthalali (Ashokan) around, who is waiting for an opportunity to make life hell for Paappi and his Appachan. So, with the arrival of Maanikunju (Suresh krishna), another business man in the village, things turn tough for Mathai and Paapi.
Paappi Appacha has been directed by newcomer Mamas, who has also written the story, screenplay and dialogues of the film. The cinematography is by Sanjeev Shankar and editing by V T Sreejith.
Music of the film is by Vidyasagar, and the lyrics have been penned by the late Gireesh Puthencherry and Vayalar Sharathchandra Verma.
Releasing this Vishu, Paapi Appacha would be a laugh riot that would have the audience begging for more.
